[ct-user] serial port update

Hi all and thanks for all the info...as most of you suspected, the port was
not active...Mark K4SO got me pointed in the right direction, and was able
to see it...went inside and found that a jumper was installed to disable
com2....removed the jumper and"viola" it now works...thanks to all who
