[ct-user] Need mouse driver

I've recently built up a "contesting only" computer, and for the first 
time, I have a spare COM port for a mouse to use with CT.

The trouble is that the mouse curson won't go below middle of the 
screen!

I've seen this in the past, and it was cured by changing mouse 
drivers.  Unfortunately, all the drivers I've tried have the same result.

If somebody has a driver for a generic serial mouse that works with 
CT, I would appreciate a copy to try here.  I don't want anything 
fancy or expensive...just FREEWARE.  I don't need to have the 
Software Police knocking on my door for a silly mouse driver!
