No, unless the program specifically parses the field to determine
that the leading characters are all numerals, -and- the last field
is a legal precedence (A, B, Q), -and- properly puts it in the log
as a field separate from the serial number.

Precedence is a separate field, and must show up in the log
separate from the serial number.
