[ct-user] CT 938 and TS940 interface

I cannot get 9.38Beta or 9.37(b) to talk to my TS940. Having not used CT
in a while I'm not sure what may have changed WRT radio interfaces.  My
ancient 7.24 seems to work just fine - ruling out the
PC/COMPORT/IF232/IF10/TS940.  Is there some fundamental thing I need to
know about CT9 that affects radio interface?

Also, the clock above the log is missing the units digit of the seconds
( the right-most character ) in 9.38Beta in VGA mode.
