Dave - It's been a while since I set up my NETTSR, but I believe that it 
replaces COMTSR4, not 5.
The key to all of this is make sure your Ethernet network is up and 
running between computers (use the card's utlities to make sure 
they talk to each other) before starting with Packet drivers, etc.
