The .ALL file is output only, editing the .ALL file will NOT fix anything!
1. Run B2R9 to make a .RES file from your log
2. Edit dates in the .RES file and save it.
3. run R2B9 to covert the .RES back to a .BIN file
4. Run CT, and perform a WRITELOG to generate a new .ALL file.
Alternatively, use CT_TIME to adjust all the QSOs in the log by a fixed
time amount, in minutes. To add two days, the adjustment is 2 x 24 x 60
(whatever that answer is).
