[ct-user] ansi.sys

I have seen this queston asked before but I have never seen a public answer.

When I start CT using VGA mode, I have a problem when I exit the program.
The PC screen stays in VGA mode and only uses half the screen. I also get a
message that says something to the effect, "ANSI.SYS needs to be
installed". I have to re-boot the PC to get back to normal monitor mode.

I have the ANSI.SYS program, so the presence of that file isn't enough to
fix this. I must need to do something more?

I am running a 386-SX and CT 9.39.
