[ct-user] CT 9.40 works with IC-735

The bandswitching problems I was experiencing with my IC-735 are fixed
in CT 9.40. Thanks!

9.40 Release Notes:

* Added ALT-1 (not ALT-F1) in WPX to send serial number only (tnx N6TV)

Sure could have used it a few weeks ago. I really like that full numbers
are sent by ALT-1, even when the Exchange sends cut (CWABBREV) numbers.
Nice feature.
