[ct-user] CT 9.40 problem

OK CT users can anyone helop me with this problem??  2 computer 
setup #1 is 486/33 machine running in dos mode w/ Icom IC-765 radio
setup #2 is 486/100 machine running in dos mode w/IC-765 radio

Station #1 has DRSI packet card and all works as it should.
Station #2 is set as a "remote" in the packet/tnc window...it receives 
packet messages from #1 station but they show up double spaced. 
And #2 station will NOT send any packet information to Station #1.

SO What did I foul up this time??.....
I get an error message on station #2 with the following numbers in it.
x  1  16  23  59  21  6  19t

and it changes to
x  1  16  23  59  21  6  199t
and then back to the original error....

So can someone help me out on this one??
