[ct-user] PK-232: THE FIX! and it really works!

Several of you were having a problem with the PK-232 in CT.  Thanks to
NC1N, I got the answer!  In a terminal program, send PARITY 0 and AWLEN
8 to the modem.  Then go ahead and start CT with comtsr# -b1200 and any
needed irq settings.  IT WORKS! I have been trying to figure this out
for 2 years! I feel real dumb now that it was that simple. duh.  anyway,
