[ct-user] ct946win upgrade

I have been trying to test the CT for windows. I successfully downloaded
and setup CT946.005 and have been playing with it. I like it. Especially
since it will use my USB com ports.

But now I am trying to download the latest level and I can't seem to get
anything but ct946.005. I have seen mention from others that say they have
ct946.006 amd ct946.007. But I can't seem to get the latest version.

I have downloaded, unzipped, installed and I always end up with the same
CT946.005 version when I start the program. What am I doing wrong? Are
there any help files available for installing and upgrading that I can read?
