[ct-user] Two LPT Ports for CW

While attempting to setup a two-radio environment I got stumped.  How do I 
get radio 2 to send CW via LPT port 2?   I can get at LPT port 1 in the setup 
screen for radio 1 but can't figure out where I go to setup radio 2 CW port?? 
  Help.
