[ct-user] IS9P in CT

Hello everyone..

wkd during this weekend a station IS9P. Normaly I think it must be IH9P,
but I heard him sending IS9P clearly...so, what happen? did he send one
digit les?? IS for IH, ore is he another station?
IS9 did not get correct by CT, but he gave Zone 33 for Italian Africa.
