The CT Manual has not been updated in several years.  However, there is a 
file that comes with every update to the CT program.  The file is 
RELEASE9.TXT.  In addition to being a revision history, it also describes 
all the new features that have been added or modified since the manual was 
last printed.  It's a little difficult to follow, because it's organized 
chronologically (i.e. by revision number).

Take time to read this file.  It will answer a lot of your questions, and 
probably teach you a thing or two.  For example, all the recent questions 
about the band map could have been answered by reading this file.
