[ct-user] 9.44 broken -> Post CT 9.37 internal serial port support issue?

I have loaded both, using TS-950SD and TNC for packet. All seems to function
properly. Am I missing something I forgot to test for? What should I be
looking for? Your post isn't sufficiently informative on this. Please
elaborate while I still have time to make changes if needed before the big
weekend(s).
