[ct-user] update on ct949

Hello all...some success...thanks AD1C for the ideas...went back and
reloaded a fresh version of ct9.49.007 on the #1 computer and it seems to
work ok...will fire up all the computers in the am and really check it
out...seems like my problems have all been user related and less software
related...still not sure how to deal with the log variations...but will
talk with N8BJQ and see if he has a suggestion...de Rick
