[ct-user] IARU CW/SSB Logging Error

I don't know if the following has been reported or not:

In the IARU (I have not checked other contests), if you inadvertently log a
QSO as an SSB contact, and then later change the modes via CTRL-F1, the
signal report 59/9 in the log is not correctly updated.  An example is
below, where the QSO was correctly labeled as "CW", but the report was still
59.
