Guys,

Tried the CT.BIN to cabrillo format conversion from the source below
(Windows version) for the recent CQ WPX contest.  The sent field of the
exchange is all ??? instead of the number sent.  The rest looks correct.

Input file 36146 bytes
Output file 53468 bytes
