[ct-user] ALT-F fix time bug?

Hi:
This is an on going problem !!!  It has got to the point when I have to
correct
the time, I just subtract 5 hours from what I want it to be !!!

Wish Ken would get around to fixing it once and for all and then leave it
alone
!!!
