[ct-user] Problems with MERGE.EXE

MERGE is used to merge .BIN files.  Here is the syntax:

         merge log1 log2

In the above example, log2 will be merged *into* log1.  The original 
log1.bin will be saved as log1.old

I hope this explanation allows you to figure out what you were doing wrong.
