[ct-user] screwy serial number problem

I had the same thing happen on several occasions over the weekend. Also
using CT9.50
One of the 12 computers would go down for some reason and when it came back
up the numbers changed on several bands/computers.

We went from 3 to 750+ serial number on 160 and 300+ on 80 to the same 750+
number at one time. Fought it using the -py5eg switch for a half an hour or
so and figured we would just let it go. Let the numbers fall where they may.

Good news is that we had our main compatition wondering how we increased the
numbers so quickly!!

No way to fix the way it is. Dont want to, as we gave out the numbers the
way the computers tracked them..

Maybe next year....
