[ct-user] FD Network Bug

Yes, we had this problem at W3AO, and we had to abandon the network after
about  ten minutes.  I don't know if the current version fixes that
problem.  It was fixed on earlier versions, but returned.  It ended up
causing us untold problems that were to a large extent our problem.  We had
a virus that prevented us from accessing some of the computers, and without
a network we were forced to solve that problem (which took until hours
before the filing deadline).  Anyone know if this is now fixed in the
latest version?
