[ct-user] Problem interacting with Ten-Tec OmniVI

I use a radio address of "4" as chosen on menu 2--as is Cde.  A page is devoted to
menu changes in your owner's manual.  There are three submenus on the Omni VI.
Press and hold the "lock" key until the word "Choose" appears on your frequency
display.  Then us the band change key pad to pick 1, 2, or 3 as a submenu.  The
choices in the submenus can be run through by turning the tuning dial.  Good luck.
