[ct-user] Problems with new CT

Hello all,

With the new 9.50.009 and "new" 9.50  I am finding that when in "SS"
contest the section window shows only 4 sections (PR, VI, PAC, and AK). 
Where's the beef ???

Also,  My original window position and colors  for CW speed has changed.
other minor changes in colors are also noted.  No big thing but may help
debug above problem.
