[ct-user] Problem using CT 950 With IC &775 DSP

I am experiencing problems with using the version 950 with my Icom 775.  The 
radio is sending band data but not exact frequency data.  The frequency 
always reads on the bottom of the band.  I am using the Icom CT 17 interface. 
 Any suggestions?
