[ct-user] CT WIN Version

I normally use the DOS version of CT but decided to play around with the
WINDOWS version.  I downloaded the CT950WIN (BETA) program from the CT
vault.  I went thru the install OK but when I tried to open it I got a
message I was missing a dll file STD-2.1-VC5.0-MT.DLL.  I went back to
the CT site which mentioned if needed it there was a download for a dll
file MSVCIRT.DLL but no mention of the one I needed.  
Can anyone tell me where I can find this DLL and how to use it?  Do I
just put it in the same folder with other CT950WIN files?  Any help
would be appreciated.
