[ct-user] Setting Time

Good morning all,

Is there any problem with adding the line:

SET TZ=EST5          // eastern standard time 5 hours behind

to the autoexec.bat?  Will it just keep on correctly log the time after the
time change next week?  Or should I change the computers time to UTC?
