The documentation says CT only uses the number following the three-letter
time zone in calculating time. So, no, I'd guess the computer won't track
the return from Daylight Savings Time. If you feel like setting the PC's
time to UTC is less onerous than adjusting the TZ logical, then I guess
that's the route you should take.
