[ct-user] LAPTOP COM PORT WORKING!

Hi Folks,
I noticed this as well.  My PC uses WIN95.  I solved it by doing two things;
First, I NEVER start WIN95 (or 98) at all. When the words "Starting Windows
95" show on the screen, I just hit the F8 key and select DOS prompt. One never
has to wait for WIN95 to load when using this method. It goes straight to DOS.

Secondly, I put a generic mouse driver (The Microsoft MOUSE.EXE file works
fine) somewhere on the PC. I keep mine right in the CT subdirectory. Then, in
my CT batch file, I just put a line in it to start the mouse, such as
C:\CT\MOUSE.EXE (or wherever you have your mouse pointed). No problem getting
the mouse to work, and you never have to start WIN95 (with the undesired long
wait)

Just another way to skin a cat.
