[ct-user] CTWIN 9.50

[Sante - IK0HBN]

Hi everybody.
After installing STD.zip everything work fine except CW Port on LPT2. All I 
got opening CT is a "CW port error". Any hint? With CT under DOS 7, 
Writelog, Logic 5 setting here works fine.
