[ct-user] CT/Radio Interface Problem?

My current computer configuration for CT 9.51 is as follows:

Computer --- 200 Mhz Pentium Pro running in pure DOS 6.22
Radio ------ Icom 775 DSP
TNC -------- Kantronics KPC-4

Mouse ------ Serial Port #1 - standard IRQ and memory address - 1200
TNC -------- Serial Port #2 - standard IRQ and memory address - 9600
Radio ------ Serial Port #3 - IRQ 5, memory address 03E8  - 1200

The 4-Com serial port board is configured with only two active ports:
#2 and #3.  Serial port #1 is on the mother board.  There are no
parallel ports in this machine and there are now known memory conflicts
according to Windows 98 when it is booted up.  The motherboard CMOS
configuration window on initial computer boot-up confirms these
settings.

After CT is running and I try to change the band up or down, it says
my radio (Icom-775 DSP) is not echoing, no frequency is displayed and
the radio does not change frequency.  I also have to manually insert
the frequency into a packet spot that I want to send out.  I never saw
a frequency appear in the CT window.  However, the packet window and
mouse operate normally.

Now comes the mystery...  When I generated the log and all the supporting
files after CQWW, most of the actual frequencies are in the log!  The
only "zeroed" frequencies are for the QSOs right after I change bands.
(I also kept an abbreviated paper log listing the frequencies.)

Anybody have a similar experience?  Is there an explanation or something
I have overlooked?
