[ct-user] CT recent versions do not work with DIGIboard

Dear Ken and CT hackers,

CT version 9.37 and later (as of 9.50) do not communicate via DIGIboard.
Would you please look into the problem.
We have been and are still heavily relying on DIGIboard
at Mt.RF contest station and desperately need your help
to upgrade to the latest CT before CQ WW SSB.
