[ct-user] Rate Window CQ-#

I am anxious to see this number - it would make an interesting note to track
this as a function of score and finish in the rankings form year to year...a
popular saying, most recently heard from Rus Healy is that if you are not
CQing you are losing!  I can see me putting it on the summary sheet and
comparing it from year to year...kinda like - ooops I was too much of a DXer
this year and it cost me, hi!

Then again I do not really wanna know how many times I must CQ in a contest
without result!...thank god for SO2R!  CQing is as important to preserve
frequency as to make QSOs fer sure.
