I was just trying to use WinCT for the ARRL 10 Meter contest... It would =
lock up. I then tried DOS Version 9.70 and it also locks up. Previous =
DOS versions get the "Out of band" error.
I run Windows ME with 264 MB or RAM and 30 gig drive. Does anybody have =
any suggestions?
