[ct-user] B2R9 / R2B9

[Jim Reisert AD1C]

For as long as I can remember, the .BIN file must already exist in
order to run R2B9.  Thus, if you are renaming things for safety, copy
the old .BIN file to a new name, run B2R9 (using the new name) then
R2B9, again using the new name.
