[ct-user] CT & packet

Maybe I'm not setting up things correctly, but bear w/ me.

I get my computer into the DOS mode and then fire up CT. There is no
local PacketCluster around me so the only source of packet info is off
the internet...which I can't get to with the computer running CT. I have
another computer that I used to access telnet packet spots on the
internet. Is there a way to feed this info from this computer to the one
running CT so that I can use all the features CT has regarding packet
info?
