[ct-user] FT1000MP ---> comtsr3.exe ----> CT

I have a really good one for you guys....

1) Com-3 is hooked to a FT1000MP using COMTSR3.exe -I5.  I can send
commands to the radio fine, but am not receiving commands.

2) Same port works fine in NA and TRLog to control same radio.

3) This was working the last weekend of November.

4) Turning the radio and computer off and back on didn't clear the
problem.  I have seen this behavior before.

5) I've tried all software port assignment values with comtsr3.exe with
same or worse results.

>From this I deduce...

1) The serial port works
2) The cable works
3) The radio works
4) CT or COMTSR3 doesn't. 

Why?
