Fw: [ct-user] Band "pre-set" in CT V9

How about putting it in the CT.CFG file, then the user could specify what 
ever he wants.

While I'm on the CT.CFG file, it would be nice if CT were updated to accept 
more of the commands like country, grid, my grid, section, start band and a 
few other "Static" commands that remain constant contest to contest.
