Thanks to all for pointing out the spot to put in the zone to get
correct iaru scoring.

Also 9.77 does seem to finally fix most of the band and mode tracking
problems with the ts-940 and ft-1000.  I haven't done exhaustive testing
yet since we will only be using the so2r setup with ft-1000mp's this
weekend, but the only thing that doesn't seem to work is that the
computer will not track mode changes made on the ft-1000, the radio
tracks mode changes commanded from ct ok, but not the other way around.
