[ct-user] CT networking questions
Sat, 5 Oct 2002 10:20:49 +0300
We had same problem with OH6LNI when we tried to use telnet (with PC running
win2000pro) We tried same tricks what Ronald with no luck. We could not get
telnet working even I could see with my monitoring SW that connection was
established for a moment but then it was disconnected and same error
message "could not establish connection" came. As it is now we have not find
any solution only than switch to Win98se or use dxtelnet
(http://lists.contesting.com/_ct-user/2002-September/006771.html) for spots.
So it is little bit strange that you can telnet to your localhost ip but not
any internet ip?
Another issue we had with win2000pro is that while two computers were in
network CTwin crashed immidiately after 1st qso entered from another PC..Any
tips how to get these working are welcome.
