[ct-user] CT 9.92.001 Slow down

	Wow...had not looked at this reflector recently and
see quite a discussion about the "slow down".  Previously I
noted a problem with 9.92.001 and CW speed up (+++) and
slow down (---) in F1-4, as well as Alt V and Alt F9/F10:

	Could the keying speed problem be related to whatever
is causing the slow down noted in this thread?  9.81 worked fine
so I don't believe it is RF-related or another user problem on my part.
