[ct-user] CT 9.90.007 and Paddle

Excellent suggestion!  Hate to admit it, but that
never even occurred to me.  Doh!

Radio turned off, all cables disconnected, same results.
CT will send a string of dits or string of dahs with
no problems.  Mix them up and garbage comes out,
after the first character.
