[ct-user] Redefining CT Colors

After opening a BIN file, I am able to redefine the colors for the Check
Partial
Window and all works fine.  I then use the command COLORSAVE and this
does create a file named COLORS.INI.  This file is stored in the CT
directory.

However after exiting CT and then opening the same BIN file or Starting
a new log,  the colors are back to the default settings.  Is this no
longer
an functioning option or what am I doing wrong?

I am using the latest version of CT.
