[ct-user] CT bug fix update

Ken K1EA is working on CT this week.  He has already fixed a number of bugs,
and expects to make a new release in the next week or two. I'm sorry, I can't
tell you exactly which bugs have been fixed, but I know he has been addressing
the bugs filed via the web form.

If you have not filed a bug report yet, please don't use the reflector!  Use
