The rub comes if you are working mobiles within FL.  If you log the call/CTY, 
CT sometimes interprets the call as being in a new country (ex: WC4E/PAS = PA 
= Netherlands).  So, I think the full workaround that has been used 
successfully is to log CALL/CTY/M.

On the other hand, each log is rescored anyway, so logging CALL/CTY causes no 
problem with your entry, even if CT artificially inflates your score a bit 
with "false" multipliers...
