[ct-user] CT to ADIF for Florida QSO party broken

CT to ADIF is broken for the Florida QSO Party.  The band mapping isn't right
(20 meter QSOs come out as 80 meters, etc.).  This was an easy bug to fix, but
unfortunately there is a larger bug brought on by Version 10 that is not as
easy to fix.

If you are desperate to convert your FQP log, contact me directly.  Otherwise I
hope to release the new version with both bug fixes in a few days.
