[ct-user] CTWin - Full screen - Win2000/WinXp

I just installed CTWIN on a W2K machine.  If I run it so that the DOS window is not FULL SCREEN, I can adjust the size, based on the font size I believe.  If I run FULL SCREEN, as selected under properties->layout, it goes full screen and I can use the entire screen.
