[ct-user] CT "wipe" function

Thanks to all for the suggestions - my basic brain lock was I had re-defined 
the  F11 to the key above the enter key on my laptop several years ago and 
only recently got spastic enough to want to move it. Then when I tried to 
move it , it did not like me trying to move an already redefined key . 
Cleared everything , went back to defaults and started over and all is well 
now.
