[ct-user] Adding a Windows WINCT computer to DOS CT Network

CTWin uses port 3030 so you have to change the nettsr to that port on
the CT DOS PCs from the default port.

I have always set up the IP address's with DOS as 10.0.0.<band>

It has been written on the reflector that wireless networks lose packets
(log entries) and wired networks don't.  However I tried an infrastructure
wireless network and it seemed to work fine for about 10 minutes pounding
on three keyboards at a time.
