[ct-user] ARRL Robot rejections

Thanks to all for the suggestions and comments on the ARRL robot file 
rejections. Bottom line is that it must be either something in my email 
client (Microsft Outlook Express) or something that Qwest.net is doing . I 
will talk to Qwest Monday and see if they can think of anything.
